i keep starting blogs and quitting so i have a big ole pile of drafts that may never see the light of day. i'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and speechless.

strange things keep happening, i've been trying to arrange my house according to feng shui rules and i've smudged the hell out of every room and still...something doesnt feel quite right. it was suggested i should have a roll in the hay in each room. i'm workin on that one.

i had a little feel sorry for myself cry this morning and literally, audibly talked myself up out of the hole i was digging. "it's ok, everything's ok, it could be worse, i see worse around me, i'm ok, we're ok"

our housewarming party is this weekend. hope you can make it and also hope we will have located said snake pre-party! if you are afraid, i will lie to you and say we found it. none will be the wiser.

i am headed to vegas for a photography convention in february. 14th through 19th. im excited. mostly i'm just aching to travel again. my legs are restless. i want to explore. europe is my true desire and i am going to make that happen. some things are in the works. i'll keep you updated!
