a huge selling point for me was the office space!! i have a separate entrance to meet clients in.

the living area is very bright and open. the kitchen is brand spanking new. there are 2 fire places. hardwood and tile throughout. i dont even have enough furniture to fill this place up!
and of course, it wouldnt be the myers park/indianhead district without the hideously colored bathrooms! pink for the girls, blue for me!
