last night while in a deep sleep, i felt my pillow sliding off the bed and without opening my eyes or lifting my head, i caught it mid fall somewhere between the edge of the bed and the floor. i think that makes me a super hero somehow!

raven just turned 14 on the 24th. she is now the proud new owner of a rumor cell, an ihome, blonde hair extensions and long square french manicured acrylic nails. acrylic, hooker nails! for years her father and i have fought her on this. but her desire has never waned so when her "step-mother" texted me and asked if she could take her to get them done, my response was only, ok. now, my 14 year old clicks and taps every hard surface within a two mile radius and i may have to get out my pliers and pull those puppies off.

well thats all for now until i build my internet muscles. they got flaccid in my two weeks away but i'll be strong again soon, dont you worry. endurance is key.
