- again, my hamstrings are all tuned up and ready to be strummed. i think it was probably the 60 lunges with a 40 pound barbell across my shoulders. ouch.

believe it or not....tallahassee was a stopping point on her adventure across and around the u.s. and a few local bloggers including myself, saige, deb rox, ruth(blog in the works) and blogstarr gathered to wooo her as best we could. with this tiny little town's limited resources. my contribution was sex and drugs. i think she was pleased.

- ok ya'll this is very exciting...next week is national stick figure week. and i love me as a stick figure! draw yourself being bad or good or the good kind of bad and then email them to me! i want to see them and i'll post 'em for you here too!! this is me doing my #3 favorite thing...
