raven's performance was tonight. this is the performance that we threw together her pile o violin in a rush for! she did not practice after school at! all! and she expressed great concern about one song in particular. i walked into that school cafeteria and expected to hear some serious fighting cats as both the middle and high schoolers scratched away at their instruments with their bows. this was not the case. as they tuned and ticked around behind their music stands i felt a great air of excitement from them all and could close my eyes and imagine myself at a grand philharmonic performance. and to my amazement, they began to play in a most melodious way! i was definitely impressed. good job raven! i am proud. 0 Comments |
