mind in gutter
11:31 AM
i know this woman who lives in my neighborhood and i see her out running and walking often. i don't know her real well, just enough to wave hi, smile and occasionally stop to have a bit of verbiage. she is very fit and we were having a small conversation about fitness. because her arms are very shapely, i asked her what she did to work out besides the walking and running. and after discussing her workout regimen, i asked her about endorphins because well, i just thought about it and i've always wanted to ask someone and she was handy at the moment. what i have always heard is that after a period of exercise, your brain would release "endorphins" which would give you the sensation of a natural high; a burst of energy; a happy good feeling or something! something besides the heavy dragging of your feet as you run the treadmill or elliptical staring forlornly at the minutes clicking by. me? i have never experienced this endorphin high and i was hoping she could give me some pointers. as she started to describe the sensations to me and how you achieve it and telling me repeatedly as she rubbed my arm that it was O K if i did not experience it and to not let myself stay focused on it; that it would be easier to just relax and let it happen.... i started to have this uncomfortable weirdness that she was teaching me how to achieve orgasm. i had to bite my lip to keep from laughing. i wanted to proclaim, for god's sake woman, i've got no problem in that area! dont worry about me! i have got that covered! now i wonder, was it all in my head that the conversation seemed to take that turn. am i perverse and twisted enough to take this good natured attempt to answer my question and turn it into some good and dirty inappropriate conversation between semi-strangers? am i being totally egocentric to think maybe she was coming on to me and my new hot-bod? hm? yes! my answers are yes to all of the above!
