"the usual hour" 8:48 AM

i have been trying to call my daughter's doctor since 7:30am. it says that "the office will reopen at the usual hour"
ok! what the hell does that mean? it is now 8:48 and the same damn recording is playing! when is the usual hour?

is it so hard to change that sentence to something along the lines of "the office will reopen at 9am" it is actually 3 syllables less. it would be easier for all involved. if they even open at 9 because at this point i'm really just guessing. who knows. maybe they should just say "we will reopen whenever we get around to it so just keep calling and if you're lucky, maybe we'll pick up and put you on hold for an hour"
