standing in the paw paw

chelsea is 14 today. i told her when we woke up that at this very moment 14 years ago, i was in horrible pain and she should be thankful. she laughed.  at 4:29 on 11/29 in 1992, she made me a mother. today is my real mother's day! everyday she makes me proud. it is an privilege and an honor to be her mother. my hope for us in the next few years is that we not only come through adolescence alive, but with our deep love and respect for one another still in tact.  my chelsea, my my my chel-sea, my chelsea louree.....0 Comments |
