ruled by the restless moon

arden and i are having our official 6th year anniversary today!! you know, we started this whole affair on a full moon night. we are both sisters to the moon. cancers, we are...emotional and loving, protective and sympathetic, moody and touchy, creative and romantic, deeper than we appear on the surface. it is aprapos that we should be joined by the light of the full moon. accordingly, in the beginning we counted our time together by moons. well, with blue moons and such, we at some point lost count. it seems similiar to a kid getting older...eventually you stop telling people how many "months" old the kid is and move into years and you no longer say how many inches "long" the kid is and start saying tall. we did the same....we moved into years. i've recalculated in celebration of this day and arden and i have just passed our 75th full moon together.     photos by susan stripling 0 Comments |
